Physics
For more advanced experiences, ZapWorks Studio provides the ability to create interaction between objects through the use of Trigger Region and Raycaster physics objects. As each method's implementation differs, their usage will be covered in-depth within this section.
3D models do not support physics events. To simulate interactions involving 3D objects, the recommended method is to position a plane in front of the 3D model. Assuming it has the same tag as that of a Raycaster or Trigger Region in the scene, the plane will trigger physics events, though it will appear as though they are being triggered by the 3D model.
Remember to set the plane's opacity to 0 to hide it within the scene.
